The Role As a Communities for Work Triage Officer, you will provide effective and consistent support to the CfW delivery team. Acting as the first point of contact for referrals, you will ensure clients are directed to the most appropriate services. The role combines administrative coordination, client support, and community engagement, contributing to Welsh Government reporting requirements and ensuring accessibility for priority cohorts. Key Responsibilities Act as first point of contact for referrals via phone, email, and community venues. Provide administrative support including record‑keeping, monitoring, and reporting. Coordinate appointments, support plans, and client reviews. Maintain accurate client records using systems such as Capita‑One. Support events, meetings, and training bookings. Manage central mailbox and social media pages for queries and self‑referrals. Work closely with CfW Mentors, Engagement Workers, and wider Employment Support teams. Ensure compliance with GDPR, safeguarding, and health & safety requirements. Assist with financial processes including orders and invoices. Candidate Requirements Essential: Experience in community service or frontline support. Administrative support and office coordination experience. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and data protection principles. Desirable: Ability to communicate through the medium of Welsh. Knowledge of equality, diversity, and inclusion. Experience using Capita‑One or similar databases. Welsh Language: Level 1 required (basic induction provided); Level 3–5 desirable. Other Requirements: Ability to travel across the community as required. Flexible working, including evenings and occasional weekends.
