We are seeking a Senior Technical Consultant who will play a key role in shaping and delivering cutting‑edge Microsoft Business Applications solutions for our customers. If you are driven by innovation, collaboration, and the opportunity to influence digital transformation at its core, we would love to hear from you About the Role The Senior Technical Consultant is responsible for the design, development, and implementation of high‑quality Microsoft Business Applications solutions, spanning Dynamics 365, the Power Platform, and Azure services. This role transforms complex business requirements into robust, scalable, secure technical solutions while working closely with functional teams and customer stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and adoption. Main Duties and Responsibilities Lead the technical solution design and development of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions to meet customer requirements Ensure best‑practice use of standard product capability first, advising where customisation or extension is warranted Work collaboratively with Functional Consultants to translate functional designs into technical build specifications Lead integration design and development across the Microsoft ecosystem including Dataverse and Azure services Provide technical governance, code reviews and quality assurance across development deliverables Support deployment processes, ALM, and DevOps practices ensuring smooth releases into production Act as technical escalation point throughout the project lifecycle, resolving issues proactively and efficiently Contribute to continuous improvement of development standards, patterns, tools and automation within the practice. Knowledge and Experience 5+ years of experience in customer‑facing delivery roles within a Microsoft Partner organisation preferred Proven hands‑on experience developing Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions including model‑driven and canvas apps, Dataverse, and integrations Strong knowledge of the broader Microsoft stack including Azure services such as Azure Data Factory Experience engaging directly with stakeholders and cross‑functional teams in a customer‑facing delivery environment Ability to assess requirements against standard platform capabilities and design sustainable extensibility. Personal Abilities Strong problem‑solver capable of navigating ambiguity and designing practical solutions Able to manage development workload across multiple tasks and projects with minimal supervision Ability to mentor developers and share knowledge across the delivery team Commercial awareness to ensure proposed solutions deliver value and align with customer and business priorities. Technical Abilities Proficiency in Dynamics 365 CE development including but not limited to: Plugins Custom Workflow Activities JavaScript customisation Experience designing and developing integrations using Azure services, APIs and event‑driven methods Strong understanding of Dataverse data modelling, security and solution management principles Familiarity with DevOps practices including pipelines, version control and automated deployment approaches Ability to evaluate and extend Power Platform components including Power Apps, Power BI, Power Pages.
