A Top 20 Care Home Group 2025 Awarded ‘One of the UK’s Best Companies to Work For’ We are recruiting a relief maintenance person to support our homes across the Cinnamon Luxury Care portfolio, covering South of England, London, Midlands and Sheffield. This role covers all homes, requiring travel and occasional overnight stays with mileage paid. Salary: £40,000 Per Annum plus company benefits. Employment: Full Time, hours as per requirement. Key Responsibilities Ensure high standards of maintenance across the homes, completing all legislative checks and repairs identified within the governance system. Complete internal and external decoration works, including basic plumbing, tiling, painting, and decorating. Travel to different locations to complete projects or attend to maintenance, checks and repairs. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations, maintaining a secure working environment. Stay updated on industry standards and ensure compliance with relevant codes. Undertake NICEIC training and replace like-for-like electrical items. Report any accidents immediately to the Manager on duty and GPSM, completing appropriate documentation. Key Attributes & Qualifications Knowledge of building regulations. Full and clean driving licence. Understanding of COSHH. Pat testing experience. NICEIC replacement qualification. Legionella management training desirable. Reasonable access outside working hours.
