Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership for electrification projects, ensuring delivery to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. Develop and implement plans to grow our electrification capability. Lead and inspire project teams, aligning them with company objectives and industry best practice. Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively. About You Proven experience in programme management, ideally within rail electrification. Strong understanding of electrification systems, power distribution, and infrastructure development. Skilled in project management tools and methodologies, with experience delivering within a framework environment. Previous experience with a tier one contracting organisation. You'll Bring A degree in electrical engineering, civil engineering, project management, or a related discipline. In-depth knowledge of electrification systems and electrical standards. Hands‑on experience in OLE infrastructure delivering E&P schemes. Experience with 11kV or 33kV substations. A track record of senior project management, overseeing electrification projects end‑to‑end. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. A strategic mindset with a passion for innovation and sustainability.
