We are seeking an exceptional and visible clinical leader to join our organisation as the Deputy Head of Nursing for Cardiology, Respiratory and Renal.Frimley Health Foundation Trust has cross site cardiorespiratory services at both Wexham Park and Frimley Park hospital sites including cardiac catheter labs, cardiac investigation units, medical acute dependency units (respiratory) and a day case ambulatory renal unit at Frimley.This is a pivotal leadership role for an enthusiastic, innovative, and motivated nursing professional with a strong leadership background supported by a proven track record in leading high-performing teams. Working closely with the Divisional and Directorate triumvirate, and wider multidisciplinary teams, you will drive service improvement, deliver robust clinical governance structures, and ensure the Trust Quality Priorities are delivered across services.As a senior leader participating in the Silver on call rota forms part of this role.We are looking for a dynamic leader who embodies our Trust values and behaviours, inspires others, and role-models professional excellence. Master's Degree / working to completion of master's degree or equivalent. Recognised leadership or management qualification or significant equivalent experience. Evidence of continuous professional development through CPD.Qualifications: Non Medical PrescribingExperienceExperience : Substantial experience at a senior level in the required specialty area, with a significant period at Band 8a. Significant operational & budget experience at Senior level. Proven Clinical experience relating to fields of responsibility and an autonomous practitioner/leader. Ability to clearly evidence continuous quality improvement. Robust patient safety and clinical governance knowledge and experience.
