Work closely with the Senior Reinstatement Manager to align operational goals and ensure smooth execution of reinstatement activities. Order tarmac based on provided dimensions. Drive and monitor the usage of heavy plant machinery. Strategically plan the deployment and scheduling of grab vehicles to support civils and reinstatement operations. Manage and process civils booking forms accurately to ensure proper documentation and scheduling. Ensure compliance with SWUK Protocol legislation through diligent administration and record-keeping. Maintain a minimum of 80% utilization across civils and reinstatement teams. Skills Required Ability to assign jobs efficiently and communicate clearly with stakeholders. Strong organizational skills to manage plant usage, grab scheduling, and team utilization. Understanding of SWUK Protocol legislation and its administrative requirements. Experience in ordering materials with accurate dimension requirements. Strong skills in handling customer interactions and directing inquiries appropriately. Educational Requirements Competent use of Salesforce CRM. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word. Previous experience in a customer service environment.
