Corporate and Commercial Law Partner – Prosperity Law LLP Location: Liverpool Job Type: Full-time Salary: Highly attractive remuneration package and bonus structure Prosperity Law LLP is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate and Commercial Law Partner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the corporate and commercial law team and providing expert advice to clients on a range of corporate and commercial law matters. Key Responsibilities Leading the corporate and commercial law team and providing expert advice to clients on a range of corporate and commercial law matters. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders. Managing a caseload of corporate and commercial law matters. Providing strategic advice to clients on corporate and commercial law issues. Keeping up to date with changes in corporate and commercial law and ensuring that clients are informed of any changes that may affect them. Responsible for developing new business for the team whilst retaining relationships with existing corporate and commercial clients. Requirements Strong technical skills Previous experience in developing, managing and leading a team would be ideal but is not essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Commercially aware with a strong focus on client service.
