This role will be responsible for managing a high-performing marketing team, overseeing the global marketing budget, driving lead generation, and executing impactful product marketing initiatives. The Marketing Director will collaborate closely with local Go-To-Market (GTM) leadership teams across key regions to ensure alignment and maximize market impact.What will you do?Lead and manage a global marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.Develop and oversee the global marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with company objectives and revenue targets.Own and manage the global marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation and ROI across initiatives.Drive lead generation programs to support sales pipelines across all regions.Lead product marketing efforts, including positioning, messaging, launch strategies, and enablement materials for sales teams.Collaborate closely with local GTM leadership teams in all key regions to adapt global strategies to regional needs and market dynamics.Measure, report, and optimize marketing performance metrics to ensure effectiveness and continuous improvement.Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging marketing technologies to maintain a competitive edge.Who are you?We don't believe in ticking boxes here at Crownpeak.Here are a few skills that we feel would make you successful in the role, but we'd still love to hear from you if you feel you'd be a great fit.Proven experience (5+ years) in senior marketing leadership roles, preferably in a global B2B environment.Strong experience managing budgets and delivering measurable ROI on marketing initiatives.Demonstrated success in lead generation, product marketing, and GTM strategy execution.Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills with experience managing cross-functional and multicultural teams.Ability to think strategically while executing operationally with precision.Experience working closely with sales leadership and GTM teams across multiple regions.Key competencies:Strategic thinking and visionData-driven decision makingStrong leadership and team developmentGlobal and multicultural awarenessExcellent communication and stakeholder managementOur CultureWe offer competitive salaries, great colleagues and excellent benefits.We strive for success, are always pushing to do better, and work with pride and purpose together.
