The charity has grown steadily and now needs an experienced HR professional to help shape and strengthen their people processes, policies, and frameworks as they continue to evolve.Reporting to People Director and working within a small HR and Ops team, you’ll be ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations and supporting key HR initiatives. The role doesn’t involve people management, making it perfect for someone who enjoys being hands‑on and collaborative within a close‑knit team.There will be no people management responsibilities in this role and so is open to those who are yet to have this experience. This role will require candidates who have been exposed to the full remit of HR.Key responsibilities include:Providing first‑line advice and support on employee relations mattersLeading on HR operational rollouts (e.g. performance management frameworks)Developing, updating, and embedding HR policies and proceduresDelivering staff and manager training and supporting L&D initiativesOverseeing the recruitment process and ensuring a positive candidate experienceWhat we’re looking for:Strong experience in HR operations and first‑level employee relationsConfident in implementing HR policies and frameworksSome exposure to L&D and supporting recruitmentCollaborative, proactive, and values‑led approachCharity sector experience is highly desirable, though not essentialNo CIPD qualification required – we’re more interested in your practical experience and people skillsThis is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor ready to step up, or an established HR Manager / HR Ops Lead seeking a part‑time, purposeful role within a truly inclusive organisation.The organisation is looking for the successful candidate to start ASAP, the latest of early January.If you’re interested, please send your CV highlighting the relevant experience in bullet points under each role (not just in your profile summary).Please email your CV to george.rutt@goodmanmasson.com as soon as possible to maximise your chance of being shortlisted for interview. #J-18808-Ljbffr
