You'll work closely with senior colleagues and clients to deliver robust planning solutions across sectors such as residential, mixed-use, and commercial development.Key ResponsibilitiesPreparing and managing planning applications and supporting documentsConducting site appraisals and planning researchProviding advice and strategy input to clients and stakeholdersEngaging with local authorities and consultees throughout the planning processAssisting with appeals and policy representations where requiredAbout YouRTPI accredited degree or postgraduate qualification in Town Planning or a related discipline1-3 years' post-graduate experience in a consultancy or local authority environmentStrong knowledge of the UK planning system and London planning policyExcellent communication, report writing and analytical skillsAmbitious, proactive and keen to progress your career within a highly regarded consultancyIf you are interested in this Town Planner position, please contact Joel Bland at Penguin Recruitment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
