Role Our Product team is growing Were looking for a dynamic and self motivated UX Designer to join our team in London to help us scale outside of iGaming. In this role you will be responsible for the delivery of exceptional customer experiences across a broad portfolio of brands. Youll help us with our user research and turn that insight into new experiences and improvements in existing ones. Youll work hand in hand with Product Creative and Engineering teams to build solutions that allow us to scale our businesses. Key Responsibilities Deeply understand Quantum business and the commercial and operational levers that allow it to be successful Perform user research to get insight into our existing and potential customers through surveys, interviews and quantitative research methods Work with Product teams on creation of UX briefs, Personas and documenting current user journeys Create proposed sitemaps / information architecture and map new user journeys that meet the UX brief Create wireframes and prototypes help validate the proposed solutions through internal and external feedback and work iteratively to improve them Work collaboratively with the UI and creative team to build the emotive layer and ensure consistency of experience Help improve the UX and end‑to‑end software delivery process Build consistent UX patterns that can be reused across multiple sites and brands Provide outstanding communications throughout Quantum on your roadmap priorities and progress About You You are focussed on outcomes over output Comfortable taking ownership & accountability for deliverables Possess a winning mentality and strive to make QiH succeed Build reusable processes to allow us to scale our business effectively You have a Test Learn and Optimise mindset Data led and use it in your processes and decision making You thrive when working as part of a team Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment Last but not least youll have no ego What Youll Get Competitive Base Salary Company Bonus Scheme Private Health Care (Bupa) Travel Insurance Market Leading Training Programme Recognition & Reward Scheme Annual Company Conference (previous destinations Vienna Bologna Dubrovnik and Thessaloniki) Regular Happy Hour / Team Lunches Free Coffee Drinks & Snacks Next Step Our hiring process ensures were recruiting the right people for the role.
