Production Operative (Nights)
Location: Westbury, Wiltshire
Pay: £14.00 per hour (Overtime paid at £17.50 after 37.5 hours)

On offer is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established and supportive manufacturing team in Westbury. You'll be part of a close-knit group focused on quality, consistency, and teamwork in a clean and organised production environment.
In this role, you'll assist with daily production operations, ensuring products are made to a high standard while maintaining safety and efficiency. The work involves manual handling, operating machinery, and following clear processes to meet production targets.
You'll start on 8-hour shifts before moving to 19:00-07:00 night shifts from 24th November, offering excellent opportunities for overtime.
This role would suit someone who enjoys active, practical work, can maintain focus over long periods, and takes pride in producing quality results.
Operate machinery and handle products safely and efficiently.
Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy throughout production.
Support team operations and meet daily production targets.The Right Person:
Reliable, punctual, and able to work 8 or 12-hour shifts.
Physically fit and comfortable with manual tasks.
