What you’ll do Lead the delivery of the retail plan across the store, driving commercial, operational, and people performance. Set the strategy and direction for the store, ensuring clarity and accountability at every level. Own the change agenda, landing transformation initiatives with pace and impact. Build a high-performance culture through coaching, talent development, and engagement. Use data and insight to make confident decisions that drive profit, improve service, and boost efficiency. Who you are Proven experience leading large teams in a fast-paced retail environment. Strong commercial acumen and ability to deliver across all areas of store performance. Clear, direct communicator with the courage to make tough decisions and bring colleagues with you. Skilled in planning, performance management, and resilience under pressure.
