Relevant UX or Product Design certifications are welcome but not essential. End‑to‑end design capability: You will have proven ability to deliver design work across the full product lifecycle — from discovery and validation through to delivery, testing, and iteration — with clear ownership of design outcomes in a senior capacity. Interaction and visual design: You will have advanced interaction and visual design skills, with exceptional attention to usability, accessibility, craft, and visual polish. Design tools: You will be highly proficient in modern design and collaboration tools such as Figma and Miro, and confident presenting design concepts, rationale, and solutions to stakeholders at all levels. User‑centred design: You will have extensive experience working in agile, cross‑functional teams, applying user research and insights to inform and validate design decisions, and advocating for user needs across the organisation. Accessibility and responsiveness: You will have a strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG), responsive design principles, and localisation considerations, ensuring inclusive design across platforms. Behaviours and mindset: You will bring an empathetic, user‑centred approach, balancing quality with delivery in fast‑moving environments.
