Vision: Changing Lives through Education Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Student Recruitment Advisor to join our team. As a Student Recruitment Advisor, you will play a key role in attracting and enrolling prospective students to our institution. You will utilize your sales and communication skills to engage with potential students, guide them through the admissions process, and facilitate their transition to becoming enrolled students while providing exceptional customer service. This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship Responsibilities Track enquiries, applications, admissions data, and manage student recruitment pipelines. Utilise CRM systems to maintain accurate records of interactions with prospective students, including contact information, enquiries, and outcomes. Engage with prospective students across various communication channels – phone calls, emails, and virtual platforms – to nurture leads. Provide information, advice and guidance on Student Finance and available financial support to address learning barriers. Assist with special projects and initiatives related to student recruitment and enrolment management as needed. Qualifications & Skills Sales acumen: identify needs and recommend suitable programs, employing effective selling techniques to achieve enrolment targets. Excellent communication skills across in‑person, phone, email and other platforms. Strong customer service focus: address enquiries, concerns and needs in a timely and professional manner. Active listening and tailored solutions to support prospective students. Closing skills: guide students through enrolment and overcome objections to secure commitments. Time management: prioritise tasks, follow‑up and meet recruitment goals within deadlines. Goal orientation: set ambitious targets and work diligently to achieve or exceed them. Resilience and persistence: maintain motivation to meet targets despite challenges. In‑depth knowledge of GBS programmes, including course content, admissions requirements and career outcomes.
