In this role, you will be an important member of our team, bringing the Willis Re brand to through high-profile designs.As a systems-thinker, you will be creating design templates, assets and guidelines for other to use. Your understanding of the needs of a global organization will help us scale work efficiently. Your excellent communication and organizational skills will ensure our processes are smooth and we’re staying a step ahead of needs. As our design expert, you will guide other colleagues to effectively use our brand to create value.**Responsibilities:*** Lead the creative development of high-profile designs, ensuring our brand comes to life in a wide range of campaigns, communications, digital work, events and other materials.* Assist in growing our brand by exploring new design solutions and maintaining our guidelines and systems.* Design projects through the entire process, from identifying needs through creative development and production.* You'll be the expert in our guidelines and systems, often consulting with business partners and design agencies and partners.* Organize and maintain files and internal systems and proactively stay ahead of any design-related operational needs.* Maintain relationships with marketing leaders and other stakeholders to better understand and respond to their needs.**About You*** Significant experience in design of relevant work within a corporate design team, or at a brand consultancy, agency or other creative firm.* Expertise in design software including Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop and a working knowledge of MS PowerPoint and Word.* A portfolio showcasing your design work.* Excellent design skills, especially typography, vector drawing, layout and color.* Strong visual storytelling capabilities through imagery, typography and data visualization along and the ability to capture emotion and personality.* A passion for creating beautiful and effective work .* A growth mindset; with a natural desire to grow skills, improve our processes and methods and understand the businesses we operate in.* Creative, analytical and strategic thinking in the way you approach work.* A consultative approach, with a skill for understanding needs, anticipating challenges, and working collaboratively to find the best possible solutions.* The ability to build confidence in ideas and methods clearly and concisely and proactively facilitate conversations around problems, goals and trade-offs.* The ability to juggle multiple projects, work quickly and meet deadlines.**About Willis Re**We combine specialist broking with analytics, modeling and research to help insurers optimize risk transfer, strengthen balance sheets and achieve sustainable growth.
