We are seeking an experienced Urban Designer to join our Design team in our Cambridge Office. We welcome applications from Masterplanners, Layout Designers, Architects, and Urban Designers, as we aim to select the most suitable candidate for our array of complex projects across the UK. Responsibilities This role offers an excellent opportunity to collaborate with a proficient team of designers and architects, engaging in urban design and planning activities, feasibility studies, layout development, formulation of development briefs, and design strategies for residential, mixed‑use schemes, and beyond. What We Are Looking For Hold a relevant Undergraduate Degree, Masters or Diploma in Urban Design / Architecture / Built Environment Work experience in private practice / consultancy or a commercial housebuilding operation Experience of detailed design/RMA Outline application experience A working knowledge of the planning system with an ability to interpret and adapt to specific local authority design guidance Knowledge of CAD software packages.
