About the Role The Venue Cleaning Shift Manager will be responsible for the smooth delivery of the cleaning shift of our public areas and entertainment venue across the resort. Employment Details Department: Accommodation & Cleaning Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time Location: Skegness Reporting To: Gabor Auerbach Compensation: £0 / month Hours: 40 hours per week (5 days over 7, including weekends, late shift pattern 5:30 p.m. – 2 a.m.) Key Responsibilities Ensure daily operational plans are fulfilled by coordinating team tasks so that the team is in the right place at the right time to manage fluctuating guest demand while maintaining operational standards and guest experience. Lead and monitor team members who clean our entertainment venues after shows, all toilet facilities, and venue furniture; work at heights and use industrial cleaning equipment for indoor and outdoor requirements. Support and coach the team to deliver a great experience and drive key metrics relating to our Clean and Fault Free (CAFF) approach, holding the accommodation and holding teams to account for standards. Conduct quality control checks and lead feedback conversations; drive improvements in Guest and Employee NPS. Execute the Right People, Right Place, Right Time (RPRPRT) strategy. Oversee onboarding and development of new team members through a 90‑day program and manage all personnel‑related activities—from PDPs to performance management and formal HR processes. About You We're looking for someone who can ensure the delivery of our cleaning standards while driving improvements in both Guest and Employee NPS, conduct quality control checks, lead feedback conversations, and manage the Right People, Right Place, Right Time (RPRPRT) strategy. Skills, Knowledge & Expertise Strong adherence to CAFF standards and ability to analyse reports and lead discussions. Willingness to provide training and support to the team. Experience in setting clear objectives and PDPs, supporting team surveys, and leading action plans. Commitment to brand standards, health and safety regulations, and continuous improvement.
