Mobile Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (AC Biased) - Bournemouth & South CoastAre you an experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer with a strong background in AC systems looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our dynamic Facilities Management team, covering a diverse portfolio of sites across Bournemouth and the picturesque South Coast.Salary up to £50,000 + Van, Fuel Card & Excellent BenefitsWe're looking for a proactive and skilled individual to carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks across a variety of commercial and corporate buildings. While a strong AC bias is essential, you'll also be comfortable tackling a range of mechanical and electrical duties.What you'll be doing:Performing PPM and reactive maintenance on a variety of plant and equipment, with a primary focus on AC systems (splits, VRVs, AHUs, chillers, etc.).Carrying out minor installations and repairs across mechanical and electrical systems (e.g., lighting, power, plumbing, fire alarms - basic fault finding).Diagnosing and rectifying faults efficiently to minimise downtime.Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard, adhering to health and safety regulations.Liaising with clients and colleagues in a professional and effective manner.Completing all necessary paperwork and reports accurately.What we're looking for:Proven experience as a Mobile Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer within an FM environment.Strong AC qualifications (e.g., F-Gas Category 1) and extensive practical experience with various AC systems.Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g., 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations) are highly desirable.A solid understanding of mechanical systems and general building services.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and customer service skills.A full UK driving licence is essential.What we offer:A competitive salary of up to £50,00025 days annual leave plus bank holidays.Company van and fuel card provided for business use.Opportunities for professional development and training.A supportive and friendly working environment.Company pension scheme.Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
