Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 15 years of experience with network design and troubleshooting, with network equipment providers. 15 years of experience in network planning. 10 years of experience managing and building teams. Experience defining, planning and designing networks (Layer 1-3) across multiple sites and products. Preferred qualifications: Knowledge of Content Distribution Networks (CDN), Internet Protocol (IP) transit/peering, dark fiber, colocation, optical transport, cloud technologies and industry processes. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to represent projects from business, product and technical perspectives.
