Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and mobility support. Build positive relationships with residents, their families, and fellow team members. Maintain accurate records and reports in line with care plans and regulatory requirements. Support residents in engaging with social and recreational activities to enhance their well-being. Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a warm, welcoming, and safe environment. Adhere to safeguarding and health & safety policies to maintain the highest standards of care.
