What you’ll learn Help design and deliver Severn Trent's new Data Framework to improve data quality and accessibility. Conduct data flow reviews to identify areas of excellence and opportunities for improvement. Perform incident and risk analysis related to data usage and integrity. Support business‑as‑usual activities such as Subject Access Requests (SARs), audits, and resolving data‑related queries. Collaborate with teams across the business to understand data needs and deliver accurate, insightful information. Create dashboards and reports that simplify complex data and support decision‑making. Ensure data is used ethically and in compliance with legislation such as GDPR. Practice self‑learning to stay up to date with emerging tools and take ownership of your professional development. This programme is designed to equip you with the skills and experience to build a successful career in Data Analysis, Data Governance, or Business Intelligence.
