We are seeking a highly motivated and results-drivenSales Professionalbased at our Poole office. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales, ideally in high-value products such as boats, cars, motorhomes, or luxury real estate. While experience in the yacht sales or brokerage industry is an advantage, we place a strong emphasis on transferable skills and a strong desire to succeed.Weekend work is required on a rotational basis (one weekend on, one weekend off).
