RAGE LTD is expanding its Property Maintenance division and we’re looking for a Roofer with multi-trade experience to join our growing team. You’ll carry out reactive and planned maintenance works across a range of commercial and residential sites, from roofing repairs and replacements to general building, plastering, and other maintenance tasks. Application Form https://werage.co.uk/contact-us/apply-now Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Roofer & Multi Trade Operative based in Cambridge, Crawley, and London. Key Responsibilities Complete roofing works including repairs, maintenance, and small installations on pitched and flat roofs. Support with additional trades where required — such as basic carpentry, plastering, decorating, or guttering. Diagnose faults, plan materials, and complete jobs safely and efficiently. Work across both reactive call-outs and planned maintenance programmes. Record job details, materials, and photographic evidence through company systems. Liaise with schedulers, supervisors, and clients to ensure work is completed on time and to standard. Maintain a professional approach and uphold RAGE LTD’s quality and safety expectations on every site. The role includes occasional out-of-hours calls, which form part of our service commitment. Required Skills & Experience Proven experience in roofing, ideally across both domestic and commercial properties. Competence in additional trades such as carpentry, plastering, fencing, or general maintenance is highly desirable. Understanding of Health & Safety and working at height procedures. Ability to work independently or as part of a wider maintenance team. Full UK driving licence required. CSCS card or equivalent trade certification advantageous.
