You will be responsible for: Building and maintaining your own local customer base Marketing and promoting your personal brand to drive business generation Providing an end‑to‑end service for customers from valuation to completion of sale Driving success through strong sales skills and exceptional customer service Working within a team structure that includes local branch hub teams, central lead management, and concierge telephony support Support & Development Learning and development team to help grow your business Access to a local property centre and industry‑leading marketing tools Continuous support from senior partners and management Benefits This is a home‑based role with the security and benefits of an employed status, letting you manage your own diary while supporting customers at times that suit them.
