TeamKids - OSHC / Childcare - Coordinator (Director of Service) Location: Mordialloc, VIC Job Type: Permanent, Part-Time TeamKids is the premium provider of Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) throughout Australia. We exist to excite, engage and entertain children before school, after school and throughout school holidays. Job Description This permanent, part-time opportunity offers flexibility to work from home for your admin hours between service times. You'll be supported every step of the way by a Mentor and Regional Manager, ensuring you have everything you need to thrive in your role. Service Location Mordialloc, VIC, 3195 Service Specific: Brand new service, make it your own Small service with a consistent team of a permanent part-time 2IC and casual educators. Great environment and supportive Regional Manager Schedule You'll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday: Before school care: 6:45 am–8:45 am After school care: 2:30 pm–6:15 pm Admin: 3 days Total hours: 31.75 hrs/week The Role Lead a team to create a safe, fun, and compliant program. Plan engaging activities and supervise children. Build strong relationships with schools and the local community. Enjoy creative freedom to plan and deliver enriching experiences. Foster genuine relationships with children and their families. Lead and roster a passionate team of educators. Manage service compliance and medical documentation. Qualifications and Experience Natural leader with a passion for teaching children. Thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is a big kid at heart. Confident communicator with children, parents, team members, and school principals. Strong problem‑solving skills and a can‑do attitude. Passionate about creating enriching experiences for primary‑aged children. Energetic, enthusiastic, and loves to have FUN Relevant Diploma qualification (equivalent or working toward it) as per ACECQA standards.
