You will be passionate about great food, drinks (particularly craft beer) and service, have a keen eye for detail, and have an understanding of how to encourage and coach to get the best out of your team. We value your work/life balance, therefore all of our Assistant Managers are contracted to work 40 hours per week (Full time equivalent).You will be the driver of the B&K Way, our own operational standards.
