Recruitment and HR Systems Team Leader – Band 6, £41,608‑£50,702 per annum, plus Distant Islands Allowance of £1,406 per annum, 37 hours per week, permanent post. Overview NHS Western Isles is looking for a motivated and experienced Recruitment and HR Systems Team Leader to join our dedicated workforce team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping how we recruit, analyse, and deliver workforce systems across our organisation. Responsibilities Lead and manage the Recruitment and HR Systems team, ensuring efficient delivery of workforce information and reporting. Manage a safe and effective recruitment process for NHS Western Isles. Provide expert guidance on workforce data, analytics, and compliance with NHS standards. Collaborate with managers and staff across NHS Western Isles to ensure HR processes are effective, user‑friendly, and future‑focused. Qualifications Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate a team. Experience in HR systems, workforce planning, or data management. Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities. A proactive approach to improving processes and supporting colleagues.
