As a Lifeguard Team Member you’ll work across a variety of resort teams to support guests and provide a fantastic experience. Your key duties include ensuring safety in pools and water attractions, leading poolside activities, and maintaining a warm, engaging approach to customer service. Key Responsibilities Provide lifeguarding services in the resort’s pool and water attractions. Lead and support poolside activities to create unforgettable moments for guests. Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe environment at all times. Assist with cleaning accommodation on Monday and Friday and serve as a lifeguard during all other contracted hours. Work collaboratively with other team members and adapt to varying daily tasks. Qualifications & RequirementsSwim Test Requirement Swim 50m in under 75 seconds. Tread water for specified duration. Surface dive. Climb out of the pool unaided. Previous lifeguard qualification is a plus. If not, candidates may be offered a NPLQ course following the swim test.
