Social network you want to login/join with:Driver Hire Southampton are currently recruiting for experienced Class 1 Drivers to join our clients which specialises in general haulage deliveries.Information about this Class 1 position:AD HOC work (between Monday to Friday)Delivering palletised goods on a Class 1 curtain siderDay and night shiftsPallets are loaded and unloaded for you with FLTCommunicating with Transport Office, following provided routes, completing all relevant paperwork correctlyRequirements from you as a Class 1 Driver:Full UK Class 1 licence with valid CPC and Digi cardMinimum of 1 year experience driving a Class 1 vehicleExperience with curtain side trailers/ general haulage deliveries/ strappingOwn transport to commute to and from workFantastic time keeping and communications skillsComplete daily vehicle checksComply with the companies health and safety proceduresRecord Tacho hours correctlyBenefits of a Class 1 Driver working for Driver Hire Southampton:Weekly payPAYE or PAYE Advanced payment methodsOnsite parkingCPC and licence upgrading with Driver Hire TrainingConsistent communication with our dedicated in-house teamTraining provided by our client24/7 supportDriver Hire Southampton is an agency which provides staff cover to a range of companies within the Southampton and Winchester area.
