The role of Audit Training Assistant Manager is a fantastic opportunity for you to contribute to the development of the next generation of auditors at RSM, as well as building your own skill sets that will benefit you as your career advances.
You'll make an impact by:
- Delivering engaging and innovative audit training courses in both classroom and digital formats.
- Designing and developing training content that aligns with RSM's audit strategy and regulatory standards.
- Collaborating with stakeholders across audit teams to ensure training meets professional and technical requirements.
- Coordinating blended learning programmes that incorporate both in-person and online elements.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of audit training initiatives, ensuring they remain relevant and impactful.

- ACA, ICAS, or equivalent qualification with experience in external audit.
- A confident communicator with the ability to engage and inspire audiences. Strong ability to explain complex audit and accounting concepts in a clear and engaging way.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage workload independently and meet strict deadlines.
- Passion for coaching and development, with a proactive approach to supporting learners.
