We pay 100% of the employee health insurance.

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems (heating, cooling, ventilation).
• Troubleshoot and diagnose system issues efficiently and effectively.
• Provide exceptional customer service, explaining issues and solutions to clients.
• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to industry standards and regulations.
• Keep accurate records of services performed and parts used.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

• 2+ years of experience as an HVAC Technician (residential and/or commercial).
• Valid NH Gas license.
• Valid EPA Certificate.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• Availability for on-call shifts and emergency service as needed.
