Pricing Manager - Business Transaction BankingJoin to apply for the Pricing Manager - Business Transaction Banking role at Lloyds Banking Group.Job DetailsLocation: Birmingham / Bristol / Edinburgh / Glasgow / Leeds / ManchesterHours: Full-TimeWork Pattern: Hybrid, involving at least two days per week at an officeAbout the RoleWe have a fantastic opportunity within our Pricing & Forecasting Team in Business Transaction Banking (BTB), part of Business & Commercial Banking (BCB). This team manages pricing and forecasting for current accounts, savings, client money & term products, supporting customers' banking needs and growing our business through strategic client propositions.The team shapes end-to-end strategy, pricing approach, and balance sheet forecasts at sector, segment, and divisional levels. Reporting to the Director of Deposit Pricing, the Pricing Manager will:Develop and update commercial revenue forecasts for the BTB portfolio.Enhance forecasting and value analysis by client, segment, and sector.Improve analytics and data sets supporting pricing and forecasting decisions.Assess the impact of tactical and strategic initiatives on budgets and forecasts.Key ResponsibilitiesContribute to strategic change and organizational optimization.Manage regular business updates and strategy execution.Improve customer and colleague satisfaction through performance metrics.Manage balances to meet BCB requirements.Enhance pricing experience via analysis and tools.Ensure compliance with Group risk appetite.Collaborate effectively across partners to foster a 'One Team' culture.Build a mentoring culture within the team.Present management information to senior leadership and recommend actions.Uphold Lloyds Banking Group values.Manage supplier relationships and ensure strong partnerships.Stay informed on market trends and customer needs.Promote diversity, inclusion, and talent development.Qualifications & SkillsProven delivery in banking services, focusing on targets and objectives.Strategic thinking and business improvement skills.Financial and non-financial analysis capabilities.Deep knowledge of pricing, customer behavior, and operational processes.Experience delivering large-scale change.Customer relationship management skills.Strong collaboration and influencing abilities.Our OfferWe are committed to inclusivity and diversity, offering flexible working arrangements, workplace adjustments, and a comprehensive benefits package including a pension contribution up to 15%, bonuses, share schemes, wellbeing initiatives, and generous leave policies.Additional InformationLevel: Mid-SeniorType: Full-timeFunction: Product Management & Strategy/PlanningIndustries: Banking, Financial Services, Investment Banking #J-18808-Ljbffr
