Your Impact Develop and implement the Project Quality Plan and systems to meet contractual and regulatory requirements. Lead assurance and compliance activities, ensuring operational excellence and client satisfaction. Champion a “Get it Right” culture, delivering training and guidance across the project team. Manage non‑conformance investigations, root‑cause analysis, and corrective actions. Oversee lifetime quality records and digital assurance tools, ensuring seamless hand‑over. What You Bring 10+ years’ experience in Quality across governance, assurance, compliance, and improvement. Expertise in ISO 9001:2015 and associated standards. Proven leadership in complex, regulated environments (e.g., Nuclear, Rail, Energy, Healthcare). Strong communication skills and ability to influence at all levels. Familiarity with digital construction tools (Fieldview, Asite, Trimble). Desirable ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification. Chartered Quality Professional (CQI) or equivalent. What's in it for you?
