Plumber – Laurie McClave artist Hours of Work: 37 hours per week, Monday – Thursday, 08:00-16:00 and Friday 08:00-15:30. Location: Mobile Working, with travel across the East Midlands. Salary: £32,963 per annum. The role We have an exciting opportunity for a Plumber to join the bathroom works team working within the EMH properties across the East Midlands. Responsibilities & Qualifications Holds a Technical Certificate & NVQ Level 2 or above in Plumbing. A full driving licence is essential. Broad experience working on day-to-day maintenance in occupied and unoccupied properties, in the relevant trade. Able to undertake the full range of plumbing installation and repairs, including void works, reactive property works, cyclical programme works and air source central heating systems. Demonstrate commitment to excellent customer service for our customers. Ability to travel to our customers’ homes across the East Midlands.
