You’ll challenge advanced language models on topics like specimen collection and processing, culture and staining techniques, diagnostic test interpretation, biosafety protocols, antimicrobial stewardship, and infectious disease case management—documenting every failure mode so we can harden model reasoning.On a typical day, you will converse with the model on real-world clinical microbiology scenarios and pathogen-related questions, verify factual accuracy and logical soundness, capture reproducible error traces, and suggest improvements to our prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.A PhD in microbiology, clinical laboratory science, infectious diseases, or a closely related life‑science field is ideal; peer‑reviewed publications, hands‑on clinical lab experience, or work in hospital or public health settings signal fit.
