Academic Quality Officer Department: Academic Standards and Quality Office Location: Stratford (East London) or Manchester (On-Site) Type of Contract: Permanent Working Pattern: Full-Time, 40 hrs per week Salary: £34,000-£40,000pa Our Vision: Changing lives through education. With partnerships across the UK’s leading higher education providers, we deliver vocational, undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in finance, accounting, business, construction, tourism, healthcare, and more. Key Responsibilities Ensure consistent application of partner and GBS quality policies. Produce high-quality reports for internal and external audiences. Support audits, assessment processes and student casework procedures. Drive enhancements through data analysis and continuous improvement initiatives. Act as secretary to GBS boards and committees, preparing agendas, minutes, and reports. Deliver data-driven reports, analysing both qualitative and quantitative insights to inform strategic decision-making. What We’re Looking For Excellent written communication skills and experience in professional report writing. Strong analytical ability to interpret data and present findings clearly and effectively. Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines. Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel between GBS campuses when required.
