Senior Viral Marketing Manager Warner Music Group invites you to join our team as a Senior Viral Marketing Manager. In this role you will be at the heart of culture, spotting sparks before they ignite and turning moments into widespread movements. Your focus will be on viral storytelling for some of the world’s most exciting artists, collaborating with creators, fans, and platforms to dominate the digital conversation. A Little Bit About Our Team The Viral team drives momentum, visibility, and rule‑breaking creativity. We execute creator campaigns, manage fan accounts, and utilize disruptive technology—always cutting through noise to generate explosive streaming and audience growth. Your Role You’ll lead viral strategy and execution for priority artists, ensuring content reaches new audiences and drives early traction on platforms. Your work will be fast, instinctive, and deeply connected to internet culture. Key Responsibilities Lead viral strategy and execution for priority artists. Oversee creator and fan‑first tactics, including burner and fan accounts. Build and maintain trusted relationships with artists, managers, and creator partners. Track and amplify early traction on platforms through data‑led insights and agile campaign execution. Drive innovation across new platforms, formats, and creative tactics to keep artists culturally ahead. Report on campaign performance and share learnings to refine label‑wide viral strategies. Mentor and upskill the Viral Marketing team on emerging best practices and tools. About You Chronically online with deep understanding of internet culture, platform trends, and the mechanics of viral moments. Proven track record of driving breakthrough social and creator campaigns that spark organic audience growth. Expert‑level knowledge of short‑form platforms, audience behaviour, and the creator economy. Strong analytical instincts—able to interpret data, turn insights into action, and forecast impact. Confident leader with excellent relationship‑building skills across artists, creators, and internal teams. Strategic thinker with a creative edge, able to connect platform innovation to audience growth. Collaborative, solutions‑focused approach with a passion for experimentation and staying ahead of trends. We’d Love It If You Also Had Experience running a viral TikTok account. Experience using tech for video and image generation. A little black book of culturally relevant creators and talent.
