Clinical Homecare Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated NMC registered nurse in theSouthampton area to join our healthcare team. The Clinical Nurse will beresponsible for providing direct patient care and administering a range ofmedications. This role needs a compassionate individual who has excellentcommunication skills and is committed to putting the patient first.As more and more patients are treated outside a traditional hospital setting, the role of the home care Nurse is developing. We work in a variety of environments such as clinics to residential accommodation and patients' own homes. We are able to treat individuals at school or even in a work environment. Our nurses help the NHS meet the needs of elderly, disabled or vulnerable patients who may not be able to easily visit the hospital. Ability to work with a diverse range of stakeholders. Self-motivated and energetic approach, showing interest in understanding the business and industry. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Experience of the pharmaceutical industry or out of hospital services. Knowledge of out of hospital services and pharmacy services.
