We believe in empowering teams to make decisions, move fast, and take full responsibility for the solutions they deliver.The roleAs VP of Engineering, you’ll play a pivotal role in leading our global engineering team and helping scale our platform to support our next phase of growth — which includes developing new products and partner types. You’ll be building on top of a modern, API‑driven platform that already underpins multiple live products and powers partnerships with global names.You’ll be responsible for building an engineering culture that’s fast, reliable, and relentlessly focused on impact Setting the bar for engineering excellence, guiding architectural decisions and coaching a strong management layer & senior IC's, leading our Engineering Teams as we continue to redefine what a high‑growth, embedded‑finance organisation can achieve.Partnering closely with Product, Data Science, Design and Risk Teams, you will lead in evolving the technical architecture of our platform, scale our AI‑native underwriting systems, and ensure the team delivers robust, maintainable distributed systems at speed.
