Responsibilities Property viewings Meet & Greet appointments Video viewings Photography Floor plans Property inspections Complete written feedback after each appointment, including comments of potential tenants What we offer Flexibility: work on a self‑employed basis, choosing appointments close to your location Payment: paid per appointment – e.g., £19 for a standard 30‑minute viewing; higher for longer or complex tasks Local work: appointments offered within the travel radius you select; preference for those near Braintree but open across the UK Requirements Good communication skills Punctual, reliable, able to work independently Good understanding of spoken and written English Costs to Consider Background check: obtain a DBS, Disclosure Scotland, or AccessNI certificate dated within the last three years if you don’t already have one Internet and phone access required Travel costs if you take assignments that require travel Equipment: some appointments (e.g., professional photography) may require specific equipment; most do not Important Information This work is offered on a self‑employed basis. You will be responsible for paying your own taxes and National Insurance contributions. There is no guarantee of work, and you are not required to accept any work that is offered.
