An opportunity has arisen for two qualified Social Workers to join Adult Social CarePoint. This is a friendly and supportive team committed to person-centred practice, promoting independence, wellbeing and choice. Responsibilities Your role will include responding to crisis/emergency situations, completing strength-based Care Act assessments, Carers Assessments, providing advice and information often in challenging situations. You will assist to prevent the need for long term support and promote independence, working alongside a multi-disciplinary team of professionals. The role requires you to be flexible, adapt quickly and have the ability to make sound judgements, often in an emergency. Qualifications The applicant should have a relevant social work qualification, such as a degree in Social Work, DipSW, CQSW, CSS or equivalent, and must have current Social Work England registration.
