Responsibilities Ability to talk to people and engage with the community Understand the role of a hub in the community Being welcoming and enthusiastic Understand difficulties parents might face Being flexible and resilient to change and a developing environment Support the Children and Family Hub services, including: Best Start for Life offer for children under 5 Children & Youth Services 2-19 years Parenting Support offer (EPEC) Partnership working with Southwark Children and Youth Services, Voluntary Sector providing services to children and young people Family health and Wellbeing programmes Requirements Previous administration is essential Able to use CANVA, Excel, Word to a high standard - eye for detail is a must Ability to work effectively as part of a team Having emotional intelligence in the workplace and building professional partnerships Liaising with parents, contractors and partners requires good customer service and interpersonal skills The Bermondsey & Rotherhithe Children and Family Hub are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare and safety of children and young people.
