OverviewPurpose: To own and lead Edyn's UK and Ireland corporate and MICE sales strategy, driving revenue, client retention, and market growth through strategic account management and high-impact partnerships across the corporate and MICE sectors throughout both markets.Reporting to: Global Director Key AccountsLocation & Hours: Based at our London offices 5 days per week.ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage strategic relationships with key corporate and MICE clients across the UK and Ireland to maximise commercial value and brand loyaltyDevelop and execute a proactive corporate and MICE sales strategy, focused on driving revenue and optimising distribution across both marketsShape and deliver growth plans for key regions in the UK and Ireland, leveraging market insights and corporate demand dataLead commercial negotiations, rate strategy, and joint initiatives with corporate partners to optimise visibility and conversionDrive corporate performance, including preferred partnership programmes and strategic alliances with organisations across both countriesCollaborate cross-functionally with revenue, marketing, and operations teams to align commercial goals and tactical executionAnalyse performance across all corporate and MICE channels, using insights to refine strategy and report on ROIRepresent Edyn at key industry events and conferences in the UK and Ireland, building visibility and driving influence within the sectorIdentify and develop new corporate partnerships, supporting growth and expansion into untapped markets and sectors across both countriesQualificationsExperience:Significant experience managing strategic corporate and MICE partnerships in hospitality across the UK and IrelandAt least 4 years' experience in the hotel sector across both markets, looking after £2m plus of annual businessProven track record of driving revenue and brand exposure through corporate networks and MICE sales channelsDeep understanding of corporate travel procurement, MICE booking processes, and distribution strategies in both the UK and Irish marketsExperience managing regional and national accounts with a commercial lensMinimum 7 years in senior sales or account management roles in fast-paced, commercially focused businessesStrong knowledge of both the UK and Irish business landscapes and regional corporate marketsSkills:Strong communicator with excellent stakeholder and partner management skillsStrategic thinker with a high level of commercial acumen and a results-driven mindsetConfident negotiator with experience in rate and contract managementHighly analytical and comfortable using performance data to shape sales activityProficient in sales, CRM, and reporting platformsExcellent knowledge of UK and Irish business cultures and corporate procurement practicesAttributes:Entrepreneurial and commercially proactive, with a clear focus on growthClient and brand-focused, with a solutions-driven approachSelf-motivated, collaborative, and able to lead initiatives independentlyWell-connected within the UK and Irish corporate travel and MICE landscapesOrganised, detail-oriented, and driven to exceed performance expectationsPassionate about the hospitality market across both countries and its evolving needsSeniority levelDirectorEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionSales and Business DevelopmentIndustriesTravel ArrangementsReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Edyn by 2xLondon, England, United Kingdom 3 weeks agoWe’re unlocking community knowledge in a new way.
