We are currently seeking a committed and compassionate Early Years SEN Teaching Assistant to join their experienced team.This is an amazing opportunity to work in a purpose-built, inclusive learning environment, helping to shape the future of students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD).ResponsibilitiesAs an Early years foundation stage SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers and the wider SEN team to support pupils with a range of complex needs, including ASD, speech and language difficulties, learning delays, and sensory processing challenges.Providing one-to-one and small group support to pupils in EYFSAssisting with the implementation of personalised learning plansSupporting emotional regulation and behaviour management strategiesHelping to create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environmentLiaising with teachers, therapists, and parents to ensure consistent supportWhat We re Looking ForPrevious experience working with children with SEN, preferably in a primary or special school settingA patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach to supporting individual needsExcellent communication and teamwork skillsA commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of childrenRelevant qualifications (e.g. Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant or equivalent) are desirableWhat We OfferA supportive and collaborative working environmentOngoing training and professional development opportunitiesThe chance to work within a specialist setting that truly values inclusive educationAccess to a range of wellbeing support and staff benefits #J-18808-Ljbffr
