The Role: Junior Sous Chef We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Junior Sous Chefs to join Six by Nico in Bristol. In this role, you’ll work with fresh and innovative concepts, continuously developing your skills through our regularly changing menus. Working alongside the Sous Chef and Head Chef, you’ll oversee kitchen operations, ensuring each dish is prepared to perfection and served to the highest standard in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment. You’ll also develop leadership skills by mentoring your team and fostering a collaborative spirit in the kitchen.
