A great day includes:Our Fragrance Advisers use their extensive knowledge and training to advise customers on perfumes and other products. We want to ensure that our customers leave with "That Superdrug Feeling" - receiving exceptional customer service.Your role at Superdrug as a Fragrance Adviser is primarily serving customers at the fragrance counter, delivering excellent service and encouraging add-on sales. You will also ensure the fragrance counter and wider store are well merchandised, maintaining high presentation standards. Additionally, you'll support the management team in achieving store targets.
