Business is growing — and we're looking for a Project Engineer who thrives on variety, complexity, and delivering one-off solutions. The Role Lead bespoke engineering projects from concept to commissioning. No production line repeat work — every project is different. You'll coordinate across design, fabrication, welding, and site teams, keeping projects on time, on budget, and to the highest standards. What You'll Do Own projects end-to-end — client liaison, fabrication, installation, commissioning Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015, BS EN 1090, welding standards Manage project plans, schedules, budgets, risk, and scope Produce and control WPS, inspection/test plans, traceability records Solve technical challenges and drive continuous improvement What You Bring 🎓 Degree in Mechanical / Manufacturing / Metallurgical Engineering (or similar) 🔧 Heavy engineering experience — one-off/batch environments preferred 🔥 Strong knowledge of welding standards & processes (ARC, MIG, TIG) 📑 Hands‑on with ISO 9001 systems & technical documentation 📈 Proven track record delivering unique, tailored engineering projects Why Join Us?
