OverviewJoin to apply for the Cleaner role at IPL Schoeller. The Cleaner is a fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave for 12 months at our Wolverhampton site. The Cleaner ensures the workplace is clean and sanitary, performing duties such as dusting, mopping and sweeping floors, and daily inspections of restrooms and common areas to stay fresh.ResponsibilitiesBe cognisant and compliant with Food Safety and other regulations at all times.Adhere to all plant health and safety requirements.Monitor and restock cleaning supplies.Clean the work environment in accordance with the cleaning schedule.Maintain clean and hygienic conditions for all basic cleaning in and around the site including offices, walkways, reception, canteen and kitchen areas.Clean floors and rooms, including dusting, mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting and spot cleaning glass and windows.Clean locker rooms, including restocking dispensers, emptying rubbish bins, cleaning and sanitising fixtures, cleaning mirrors, spot cleaning doors and walls, sweeping and mopping production walkways including toilets and urinals.Ensure stairwells are clean, tidy and free from dust.Maintain 100% cleanliness within canteen areas.Assist other departments when needed to ensure optimum service to guests and visitors.Report breakages, damages, defects and hazards.Build trust and promote dignity and independence.Use equipment such as carpet cleaning machines and machines to deep clean walkways.Perform additional cleaning duties as requested.Demonstrate excellent time management skills.What You Will Bring To The RoleHealth and Safety Compliance.Proactive and Results Focused.Openness to Change.Drive for Results.Employment DetailsSeniority level: Entry levelEmployment type: ContractJob function: Management and ManufacturingIndustries: Plastics ManufacturingNote: This description reflects the role details and does not include non-essential automated prompts or external notices. #J-18808-Ljbffr
