The Role As a Placement Broker, you'll work on cross-class commercial business, sourcing and placing complex insurance solutions with insurers. You'll play a key role in ensuring clients receive tailored, effective coverage while building strong relationships with underwriting partners. This is ideal for someone with ambition, a proactive mindset, and a desire to progress through the ranks within a top-tier brokerage. Key Responsibilities Place commercial insurance business across multiple classes. Develop and maintain strong relationships with insurers and clients. Collaborate closely with account teams to deliver comprehensive solutions. Keep up to date with market developments and product offerings. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal requirements. What You'll Bring Experience in commercial insurance placement or a related role. Strong understanding of commercial insurance markets and products. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client service skills. Ambition and a desire to progress within a leading brokerage.
